General rules of use

Before registering or betting on the site, please ensure you understand and accept the following rules:

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Certain individuals are prohibited from betting, including: minors, sports participants or officials who can influence outcomes, individuals using another person’s funds or account, residents of prohibited countries. 
• Each person is allowed only one account; duplicate accounts will be closed. 
• Verification checks are standard and may require proof of identity, address, and funding source. 
• Fraud, syndicate betting, multiple accounts, or bonus abuse may result in bet cancellations, limited withdrawals, or account closure. 
• Mostbet is not responsible for indirect losses, such as missed profits or issues caused by your internet provider. 
• Rules and limits are subject to change, with new terms generally taking effect 14 days after being posted on the website.

Accounts and inactivity

When registering, you must provide accurate personal details including your name, date of birth, address, and contact information. For security, we may request video verification or certified copies of documents. If you are located in Bangladesh, you are responsible for knowing whether your local law allows you to use our services.

An account with no betting activity for twelve months is considered inactive. If money remains in such an account, we will notify you at least 28 days in advance and may deduct a monthly custody fee of 7,000 BDT until the balance is depleted. It is your duty to keep your login information private, as you are responsible for everything done through your account.

Types of bets

Mostbet offers different ways to bet. A single bet is placed on one outcome. An accumulator, sometimes called a parlay, links several independent outcomes together, and the entire bet is lost if any selection fails. A system bet forms combinations of accumulators from a set of events, with settlement depending on how many correct picks you have. Live betting allows you to place singles or accumulators during the event while it is still in progress.

Placing bets and limits

A bet is accepted once it is registered on our server, after which it cannot be canceled unless the rules specifically allow it. Bets close at the time shown on the betting line. If a pre-match bet is placed after an event starts, it will be voided and settled at odds of 1.00, except for live markets where such timing is expected. The minimum stake is 30 BDT or its equivalent. In cases of clear errors, such as misprinted odds or obvious listing mistakes, bets may be voided and settled at odds of 1.00.

Deposits and withdrawals

The available methods for deposits and withdrawals depend on your location and currency. As a general guide, withdrawals up to 140,000 BDT are usually processed within 72 hours, while larger amounts may take up to seven working days. Daily, weekly, and monthly withdrawal limits are set at 718,000 BDT, 2,156,550 BDT, and 7,188,500 BDT respectively.

Winnings above 287,500 BDT may require additional verification from payment partners. When you withdraw, funds normally return through the same method you used to deposit. If your deposits have not been staked to a sufficient degree, for example by placing very low-odds bets, we may refuse the withdrawal or charge a processing fee. Payment system fees and currency conversions are the responsibility of the client.

Results, settlement, and disputes

Bets are settled based on the official results we publish, which are drawn from governing bodies, clubs, broadcasters, and our own data providers. For postponed sports events, if play does not resume within forty-eight hours, pre-match bets are usually voided unless we decide otherwise.

For live bets, if a game restarts within five hours the bets remain valid; if not, unsettled markets are canceled and returned at odds of 1.00. If a player named in a specific market does not participate, those bets are typically voided as well.

Please note that statistics shown on the website, such as live trackers, are for reference only and may not be accurate. In cases where a settlement is made in error, we reserve the right to correct it. If you wish to dispute a bet, you must submit your claim by email within ten days of noticing the issue, including full details and supporting evidence. We will normally respond within twenty days.

Bet buyback (Cash Out)

Some single bets may be eligible for buyback, also known as Cash Out. This feature allows you to settle a bet before the event is finished. The buyback price changes dynamically depending on the progress of the match. However, the service may be unavailable temporarily or canceled if we detect an error or if the outcome is already known.

Bet insurance

We also offer an optional insurance service for certain single and accumulator bets. You can choose to insure all or part of your stake, so that if the bet loses, the insured portion is refunded. The cost of the insurance is non-refundable if your bet wins. Insurance cannot be combined with free bets, promotional funds, or the cash out service on the same bet.

Totalizer (TOTO)

The Totalizer is a pool-based game where participants predict match outcomes or correct scores. Bets are generally settled based on regular time only. The prize pool, including any jackpot funds, is distributed proportionally among winning participants according to the specific rules published for each game.

Responsible gambling

Gambling is a form of entertainment and not a source of income. We encourage you to set personal limits on your spending and to take breaks to maintain control. Never try to recover losses by betting more than you can afford. If you feel at risk of developing a gambling problem, you should use the self-exclusion options available on the website and seek professional support through responsible gambling organizations.

Privacy and data use

Mostbet collects and processes your personal data in order to manage your account, verify your identity, comply with legal requirements, and improve services. The details of data use and protection are explained in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing

We apply anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist financing (CTF) controls. This means we may request documents to confirm your identity, address, and the source of your funds. If you do not cooperate with these checks, your account may be restricted or closed.

Prohibited countries

Our services are not available in certain countries where online betting is restricted or illegal. Examples include Afghanistan, Australia, France, Germany, Singapore, the United Kingdom, the United States, and other jurisdictions that appear on the FATF (Financial Action Task Force) blacklist. The list of prohibited countries may change from time to time, and it is your responsibility to check the most recent version published on the website.

Bonuses and promotions

Software and technical issues

All elements of the website — including design, software, graphics, and trademarks — are protected by intellectual property laws.
